thanks for reporting it. It seems now that only ATI cards have this bug. do you have it in cairo mode (non-opengl) ? also, did you try with the exact same theme on different PCs ? (you can copy the folder ~/.config/cairo-dock in the other PC to be sure to have the same config) Another thing to do would be to test with the latest version (2.2.0, on our PPA), because we switched to FBOs (which are supposed to be better handled by graphic drivers).
