Okay, now this is interesting, according to gcc -v (I know I should have included this in the report but I forgot,) I have 4.4.1. This appears to be the most-recent version available in Karmic. (Am I wrong?) So this might still be a bug in Karmic, and Karmic is still a supported distro.
I'd be happy to try upgrading GCC just to get the code to compile. The thing is, I'm not sure if you can upgrade GCC without upgrading a significant chunk of the whole GNU stack, which is kind of annoying and will probably take me a while. I'm going to look for a PPA or something. I'll work on that and report if it fixes the problem. -- Internal compiler error w/ lightspark git clone https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/620118 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
