Public bug reported:
When booting 2.6.32-24 my onboard network card does not detect a link
and is not initialized. Both lights are fixed on. During the boot the
CPU jump on 1 core to between 30-100% pulsating in about 2 second rhythm
and generating continupously a load of about 2.
System performance is severely degraded with frequent relatively brief
freezes and very sluggish response.
Booting in 2.6.32-23 works perfectly normal.
