Ted, just FYI, it is both the media skip buttons (forwards and backwards) as well as the "stop" button and the "play/pause" buttons.
Your d-bus instructions are a little confusing to me or else I would run them myself for you, but perhaps if you install and run amarok you can check it for yourself. I have a pretty typical installation and don't see why it would work on someone elses computer but not mine. Also, I am curious whether it would be looking for the KDE icons because amarok is a KDE application, or the gnome icons because the indicator applet is a gnome app??? I would not be surprised either way! So maybe answering that question will help, and I imagine your instructions above would answer that question, but for the life of me I can't follow them, sorry. -- No icons for amarok menu in indicator-applet https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/600302 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
