@Corona, Please open a new ticket. I simply cannot keep up with all the bugs and reporting online. Unfortunately, as much as I would love to right now, I'm just so buried and will only cause a major slowdown in resolving this issue. Please post your link to the same problem in this thread for anyone else who is trying to resolve this and if you have time, I would appreciate it if you can run with it. I know this problem exists across the board with other similar Dell laptops as I have been getting emails from others wondering if there's a fix. The problem should not be ignored.
