You should put it in /usr/lib/powersave/scripts/ , so it would be /usr/lib/powersave/scripts/ipw3945 , then you need to ' sudo chmod +x /usr/lib/powersave/scripts/ipw3945 ', hope it works, please confirm if it does. Cheers!
