The file phonondevicesrc is overwritten again, so the replacement is not a solution.
I have found this german forum thread with a good description of a similar problem: http://www.linuxforen.de/forums/showthread.php?t=267076 I analyzed the last installed packages and found out that pulseaudio has been installed. After deinstallation KDE asked to remove the pulseaudio part from the configuration. Then the problem has gone.
