The file phonondevicesrc is overwritten again, so the replacement is not
a solution.

I have found this german forum thread with a good description of a similar 
problem:

I analyzed the last installed packages and found out that pulseaudio has been 
installed.
After deinstallation KDE asked to remove the pulseaudio part from the 
configuration.
Then the problem has gone.

The integration of pulseaudio in phonon is the problem!
