Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: davfs2

>From time to time i get a reset of the IP-address and this is causing
davfs to hang Gnome so no files or folders can be opened through
'Places'. After some 10-20 minutes the lockup goes away. I'm not sure if
it is a problem with Nautilus or davfs.

The filesystem is mounted with the command 'sudo mount
https://xxxxxxx.xx.xxx:2078 -rw'

When unmounting with the command 'sudo umount https://xxxxx.xx.xl:2078'
it will unmount the filesystem, but will show that it never ends the
command.

** Affects: davfs2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
