I can confirm this same error, rendering to ogg/theora with default
settings. It begins by rendering fine, counting down from about 15
minutes, then at about 3+ minutes left, the progress bar stops, the bar
on the timeline stops moving, and the time remaining starts counting up.
The output file size also continues increasing, but it never finishes :)
