Dito here. Changed to xpdf a while back because it is so performant but on 10.04 LTS 32b scrolling is virtually impossible. For switching pages with PgUp PgDown it makes less of a difference but since for every inch scrolling it takes a second latter is out of the question. The hardware used is an Asus EEE 1000h, too. However, since the same configuration had no problems on Karmic I can rule out that it's a hardware problem. However, on another machine (desktop computer), 64b with 10.04 LTS I did not notice any difference.
