Theme switching is broken because the Window Border no longer changes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a theme
2. Notice that the Window Border has not changed and the Custom theme is now
highlighted
The bug occurs in maverick (the second time). dpkg --configure -a doesn't
change anything, nor does resetting gnome settings.
The package version is 1:2.30.1-1ubuntu1
