Hi yoosofan. If this is still an issue for you, you may wish to use updated ubuntuone packages from the Beta PPA. Instructions for installing this Beta PPA can be found at https://answers.launchpad.net /ubuntuone-client/+faq/836.
Please note that the ubunutone applet has been depreciated in these packages (and also in Ubuntu 10.04). You are able to monitor the status of ubuntuone with the use of the 'u1sdtool' terminal command. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RomanYepishev/UbuntuOne/ClientControl will show you more information on how to use the u1sdtool command.
