Oxygen does have an icon for suspend. But as there is not an official
xdg icon name for the suspend an hibernate icons (KDE's scheme is being
proposed), whatever application that is should be shipping a suspend
icon itself and install it to hicolor, instead of relying on the as-of-
yet unspecified icon name that may or may not be in all themes. (Even an
xdg-compliant one such as Oxygen) Please assign this bug to whatever
shutdown tool appears in your screenshots.
