Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: restricted-manager

restricted-manager installs nvidia driver (not the legacy version) for
my GeForce4 MX 4000 AGP 8x.

this fails to load since the card needs the legacy driver. I checked this by
removing the manager installed driver and installing nvidia-legacy turned on
fine after turning it on with "sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg"
on reboot restricted-manager tray appears to say new restricted driver in use
but doesn't show the legacy installed but rather the non-legacy not installed.

this is my first bug submitted I hope it was helpful and if you want
anymore information I'd be happy to submit it.

** Affects: restricted-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
