My card is : ENGENIUS EMP-8602+S 802.11a/b/g 600mW ( 28 dbm )
I run Kubuntu 10.4
I cannot set the contry code to NO ( Norway )

i have tried: iwpriv wlan0 highpower 1 it puts out : wlan0 no private
