Hi, as there was no further indication that this was a software issue I
believe that this was a server issue as mentioned and am closing this
bug. If you still have this issue please reopen the bug and don't
hesitate to submit any other bug reports in the future. To reopen the
bug report you can click on the current status, under the Status column,
and change the Status back to "New". Thanks!
