I have just tried it and it is the same as chess only you have 3 windows with boards on them. Some of the pieces can move to other board, some pieces can only move on the same board. Moving between boards is just dragging the piece to the other window to a correct position.
There isn't any help available in the game and this is what I figured out by playing it for a few minutes.
