Public bug reported: Alien Arena appears to be a very good test case.
1. Start Alien Arena 2. Select Single Player 3. Textures start loading and progress meter is displayed 4. First frame never appears (but the music keeps on ticking) 5. I get a black screen, only the mouse works. 6. The infinite loop in logs starts. I have a lenovo laptop PC T400s, GMA 4500 MHD.
