Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-via
Every time an application tries to use OpenGL (e.g.: glxgears), the
application crashes reporting 'Segmentation fault'.
With kernel 2.6.20-13-generic, also the system hangs up totally. Using
2.6.20-13-386 partially solves this issue, leaving the aforementioned
problem, and providing the possibility to get logs. I attach a snippet
from the syslog output regarding the problem.
