Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: at-spi

I just applied the security update for Thunderbird then restarted my
computer. After my computer booted back up, there is now an icon in the
system tray where when you click on it, it says "Universal Access
Preferences". I don't have this or any related program enabled System >
Preferences > Startup Applications, and in System > Preferences >
Assistive Technologies, I have assistive technologies turned off. There
is also no relevant entry or service in the current runlevel. It just
decided to start loading itself.

** Affects: at-spi (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
