I have a similar problem in Evolution, and it might be the same bug. I got an email with a number of attachment, clicked "Save all" and selected the folder in the bottom of the file chooser, and the folder gets highlighted. Clicking up arrow once keeps the selected line highlighted, but a new light-red highlighting bar starts traveling upwards slowly - very wierd :/
