Would it be better if we called them "Preinstalled Apps" or "Apps included on Ubuntu Installation CD"? It seems like labeling them "Installed Apps" might possibly lead to some confusion among users who are just beginning to learn Ubuntu.
Calling the others "Featured Apps" is good.
