Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel
After some time, almost randomly, fonts turns to scramble on X. Showing desktop via VNC presents scrambled fonts. Switching to vt1 and back to vt7 don't solve problem. Restarting X (sudo restart gdm) solves the problem. Today, the problem starts after a click on the nautilus up button. Last week it was when showing a web page. I cannort reproduce this at will, though. bast...@hermes:~$ lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Release: 10.04 bast...@hermes:~$ apt-cache policy xserver-xorg-video-intel xserver-xorg-video-intel: Installé : 2:2.9.1-3ubuntu5 Candidat : 2:2.9.1-3ubuntu5 Table de version : *** 2:2.9.1-3ubuntu5 0 500 http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ lucid/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-intel (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- font corruption on intel g41 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/600293 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
