Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: blueproximity

between 9.10 and 10.04, blueproximity developed a pretty rough memory
leak. It worked reasonably well for a few days, but after about a week,
the program had siezed over 3 gigs of memory. It seems to collect
memory more when it can't connect to the bluetooth device then when the
device is in range.
