I think it doesn't have any chances since the lastest release of this package for lucid (except the comment for S-Fone in serviceproviders.xml). I'll ask other people who is using this service to test about the phone number dialed.
But the importance is the configuration for mobifone using m-wap as APN. Could you confirm that: if a ISP provide many plans and using different APN, so I just need to append another apn value to a provider. I'll open another bug on Gnome when collecting enough data.
