Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nvidia-glx

On Feisty Fawn (7.10), after installing nvidia-glx using "Preferences ->
Desktop Effects", the keyboard map changed.
I was using the "Brazilian ABNT2" map, and then it changed to "Generic 104-key
PC", I guess.

I installed the "console-data" package, and try to change the map using
"sudo dpkg-reconfigure console-data", choosing the Brazilian map, but it
didn't change.

At Gnome, I changed the map to "Brazilian ABNT2" and fixed it, but the
map still wrong to the kernel, text mode and others users.

This installation also changed the screen resolution. I had to add the
"1280x1024" option in "/etc/X11/xorg.conf", and then it works ok.
