Please sync konq-plugins 4:4.4.0-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu splitted the package to include some plugins in the seeds.
Since we're going to replace konqueror by rekonq, this is now useless
and we can go back to using the debian package.
