I can't find anything that would help debug your problems in any of the logs. Maybe someone more experienced can glean something from them. (Also, in the future, please don't upload files in tarballs since it makes them very difficult to open in a browser.)
Your hibernate/resume issue is a completely different bug, also. If you want to deal with that, file a new bug against the kernel with 'ubuntu- bug linux' containing the debugging info here [1].
