That's what I also thought in the beginning, but there is no 'contact refused' or anything like that, since ignoring the window means you just ignore it, it will show up the next time you connect, it won't refuse the contact or anything. So clicking cancel will not yield any popup window at all, so it couldn't be a translation error.
