Hello, I have exactly same problem as Paladin: only one suspend/resume works and USB doesn't work (I'm sure no energy is there - "always powered" port too ^_^) I use actualized Lucid $ uname -r 2.6.32-22-generic Also I have problem with hibernation - it seems hibernated but after boot It boots "normally" - no wakeup I use proprietary nVidia driver - you can look in attachment...
