Public bug reported: Binary package hint: libpoe-perl
The version shipped with 10.04 has a bug which prevents a user from using the FollowTail module. >From CHANGELOG of the latest CPAN version: <quote> Resolve rt.cpan.org #54319. In polling mode, the wheel wasn't iterating get_one() for the entire input from get_one_start(). As a result, only one log line was returned per PollInterval. This change iterates through get_one() until all lines are returned. Many thanks to Oleg A. Mamontov for opening the ticket, and to Bazerka on irc.perl.org #poe for supplying the basis for a test case. </quote> ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: libpoe-perl 2:1.2840-1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-22.36-generic 2.6.32.11+drm33.2 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-22-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: fglrx wl Architecture: amd64 Date: Mon Jun 14 13:19:20 2010 InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx" - Release amd64 (20100427.1) PackageArchitecture: all ProcEnviron: LANG=en_US.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: libpoe-perl ** Affects: libpoe-perl (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug lucid -- iterating problem https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/593604 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
