I Agree with antistress: This bug is not the one that is linked to from upstream: the bug reported there is that when middle-click dragging files in a folder with no write permissions, copy, move, and create link are not grayed out, as they should be and as they are when just right- clicking a file or folder in that directory. The bug reported here is about the popup menu being cluttered by grayed out items, and requests the removal of some items in cases where they are not applicable, like grayed out "Cut" on a drive or a grayed out "Restore icon size" on an item which does not have it's icon size changed.
