Added to ubuntu-netbook metapackage as well: testcase: - check that you don't have ttf-liberation installed (which can be pulled by other dependencies) - open http://launchpadlibrarian.net/38994194/Original.doc - Note the number of pages and see it's different from your Windows machine (if you have one) or other ubuntu machine with tff-liberation installed (better metric font compatbility) - upgrade to new (k)ubuntu-netbook package (it should install ttf-liberation) - Open the same document and note the number of pages. If you have a Windows machine, it should be closer if not the same.
(see bug #519669 for more information) -- kubuntu-desktop / kubuntu-netbook / ubuntu-netbook should Depends ttf-liberation due to poor font fallback otherwise https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/588723 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to kubuntu-meta in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list kubuntu-b...@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
