Followed the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MainInclusionProcess and all
requirements are complete for Main Inclusion of libdee.
Availability: in universe
Rationale: dee is a model to synchronize mutiple instances over DBus, needed by
unity (which will be the default UNE interface in maverick).
Security: no security issue known right now
Quality assurance: canonical dx team is upstreamed and strongly committed to
that package.
UI standards: no UI
