Followed the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MainInclusionProcess and all
requirements are complete for Main Inclusion of indicator-datetime.

Availability: in universe
Rationale: indicator-datetime is the indicator replacing the date and time 
calendar. This one will be be the default UNE interface in maverick.
Security: no security issue known right now
Quality assurance: canonical dx team is upstreamed and strongly committed to 
that package.
UI standards: indicator ui, designed by canonical design team.
Dependencies: all in main
Standards compliance: follow FHS guidelines
Maintenance: canonical dx team is doing it
Background information: as all indicators, it's composed of a shared library 
and a dbus activated service
Description of the package:
A very, very simple clock
 A simple clock appearing in the indicator bar
