"Más reciente" is the appropriate transation. Ubuntu carries five
current versions as of this comment: Dapper (6.06 LTS, server only)
Hardy (8.04 LTS), Jaunty (9.04), Karmic (9.10) and Lucid (10.04 LTS).
All these releases are updated in a regular basis, so all they stay
current ("recientes") for their whole support cycles. The latest, being
a superlative, translates correctly to "última" o "la más reciente",
being the latter the least ambiguous.
