@Kamal The kernel posted in comment #9 doesn't work either. Currently, I am using Linux kubuntu-nb 2.6.32-22-generic #35-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 1 14:18:25 UTC 2010 x86_64 GNU/Linux which isn't working. Maybe it is important to mention, that I am not having an Intel i5 CPU but an Intel Core2Duo P8600. Furthermore, I am using the fglrx driver.
