Binary package hint: kdegraphics
When using delay with region combination you can select the region after
countown. It should be reversed - choosing region, then countdown and
then shapshot. When we're using delay function we're usaualy wait for
some action - maybe popup or context menu which will dissapear after
clicking during selecting region. The combination with current setup is
useless.
