After a latest upgrade, when I started eclipse, the splash window
appeared and then, when the progress bar showed, the background of the
splash window went black, and after loading nothing appeared at all, nor
did the IDE window occur.
I tried run it through a terminal and got no error message, dmesg and
/var/log/syslog looked similar as:
