Please elaborate on what the issue is. For instance, is it just that
the other people aren't literate in arabic letters? Steps to reproduce
the issue would be useful, written from the standpoint of a developer
who does not speak arabic. You should also analyze to identify whether
the issue is just that the recipient did not have arabic font rendering
support in their installation (which I guess could be considered a bug,
but perhaps not an xchat-specific one).
