Great ! On my Asus Z63A laptop, which produced the above mentioned bug with Feisty Herd 5, it now works perfectly !
I repeat : Ubuntu Feisty Beta (ubuntu-7.04-beta-desktop-i386.iso) works flawlessly ! A big thanks to the kernel team ! Unfortunately it still doesn't work in QEMU (as mentioned above).
