Same problem here with HP Pavilion dv2175ea. Intel® PRO/Wireless 3945 802.11a/b/g; When I have installed Ubuntu 10.04LTS everythink was exelent, after system update, there showed up this problem. When I connect to my wifi router, download speed is about ~500KB/s, after some time it drops to ~100KB/s. Helps only network reconnect.
