Hello and thank you First I have to explain that I am not using virtualbox-ose but virtualbox 3.0 from sun. Virtualbox from sun does use the usb-port. So there might be a connection between virtualbox and cups.
But I have to add that I am using a HP 930 via USB seamless without any problems. Therefore I might be that there is a different reason for not printing with the G85.
