Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pm-utils

After update suspend only works once on my Thinkpad R51. The next
suspend will fail with a blinking moon led and a hanging system. Only a
power cycle can resolve this.

Reverting to version 1.3.0-1ubuntu1 solved the problem.
