Thank you very much for testing that, Aaron. Unfortunately since your test case differs in two ways from this report (Mini 5101, XFCE), it can't confirm that /this/ specific bug is fixed.
If anyone running vanilla Ubuntu with a Mini 2140 could please test the current mainline build, it will help in getting this bug fixed. (It may sound daunting, but it's not hard.)
