Martin, thank you so much for your prompt response. I am really sorry, I was confused by the status of this bug. Since Launchpad is Ubuntu bug tracker, and based on my experience with other Ubuntu bugs I believed that "Fix released" status means that the bug has been fixed upstream, while "Fix committed" status means that upstream fix was applied to Ubuntu. Sorry once again for not getting this right. At least I tried to be helpful and to provide extra information (screen and printout inconsistency) not mentioned in other posts.
