This has been fixed upstream in 0.5.x, which is already in (newer
releases of) Ubuntu. If you want the benefits of the newer version on
karmic, consider using https://launchpad.net/~jcfp/+archive/ppa - but do
finish any existing queue in 0.4.12 first, as your current queue and
history will be lost when upgrading from 0.4 to 0.5.
Feel free to reopen this report should the bug still occur for you with
program version >= 0.5.2.
