Exit code 139 is a segmentation fault; the only real way that can happen
in this particular context is if there's been a problem reading from the
CD, rather than being an installer bug as such. Unfortunately a CD
integrity check doesn't always seem to catch this. Glad it worked for
you after another attempt.
