it is more than "inefficient" when you have a number of emails that need multiple attachments, especially when all individuals get a unique attachment and everybody gets a copy of a set of "standard" attachments. Having to copy the files to the desktop, rather than using SMB patch to the remote system(s) just complicates everything.
I don't have the necessary expertise to provide a fix for this - but I m having difficultly understanding why this is so hard to fix it....
