Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-applet

I found the tooltips of those icons very useful in the previous
Ubuntu's, f.e. when changing the volume with the mousewheel hovering
over the volume icon, I used to see the percentage, now I have to click
on the icon to see where at the scale I am, etc.
